Day 1: arrive in Shanghai Our tour guide will pick you up at the airport and transfer to the hotel in the city.
Day 2:Yuyuan Garden and the old quarter – River cruise tour
Visit the Yuyuan Garden, Yuyuan means a Garden of Peace and comfort, the Garden is a traditional Chinese park complete with pavilions, lakes, bridges and rock, this small park is located in the heart of Shanghai’s old Chinese quarter, built in 1559. Afternoon, take a river cruise tour for 2 hours, then walk on the bund, enjoying those old buildings mostly constructed in 1920s, such as the Peace Hotel.
Day 3: Visit in Suzhou Drive 1.5 hours to Suzhou, a beautiful and fascinating city in the South of China target='_blank' class='web_keywords'>China target='_blank' class='web_keywords'>China target='_blank' class='web_keywords'>China target='_blank' class='web_keywords'>China, is well known for its silk production, and delicate garden constructions, temples, bridges and water make Suzhou a characteristic city with southern Chinese style. Visit the Humble Administrator’s Garden and Lion Grove Garden in the morning, these gardens are a masterpiece of Ming Dynasty Chinere classic garden. Visit The Suzhou Silk Museum and The Silk Factory, to know its history and process of production. (B&L&D)
Day 4: Zhouzhuang town –the No1 water town of China – Shanghai
Drive 1 hour to Zhouzhuang town. Visit Zhouzhuang town, one of the most famous water townships in China, situated in Kunshan City which is only 38 kilometers southeast of Suzhou. It is noted for its profound cultural background, the well preserved ancient residential houses, the elegant watery views and the strong local colored traditions and customs. 60 percent of the Zhouzhuang’s structures were built during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, which is from 1368 to 1911. The gondola taking the most convenient form of transport in Zhouzhuang, Then transfert back to Shanghai.
Day 5: Shopping or city tour Take a walk in the commercial walking district for your shopping.
